How do I check the status of a support request?

There are three ways to check on the status of a support request:

Option 1 — Monjur Pilot Support Portal

Log in and visit: pilot.monjur.ai/dashboard/support.

Option 2 — Submit or Check a Ticket

Use our support ticket form: Submit a support ticket.

Option 3 — GuideCX Portal

If your request was submitted through GuideCX, you can track it there:
